CANCELLATION POLICY & ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Cancellation 14 days prior to arrival date to receive refund less handling charge. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit.
• All Resort Rooms, Villas, Condos, Cabins and Retreats are Non-Smoking.
• Room rates are based on 6 people. Each additional person is $15 extra per day per person.
• A two night minimum may apply to some peak periods.
• Children ages 2 & under stay FREE and do not need to be included in the number of registered guests.
