• Bedroom 2: Guest Bedroom with Bunk Beds (Bottom-Queen Size / Top-Twin Size) & TV
• Bedroom 3: Guest Bedroom with 2 Queen Beds, Sofa Sleeper, TV, Full Bathroom, Microwave & Refrigerator, Coffee Maker and Hair Dryer, Balcony or Patio
• Full Bathroom (shared between the Master & Guest Bedroom)

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation 72 hours prior to arrival date to receive refund less handling charge. Cancellation within 72 hours of arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit.
• All Resort Rooms, Villas, Condos, Cabins and Retreats are Non-Smoking.
• Room rates are based on 8 people. Each additional person is $15 extra per day per person.
• A two night minimum may apply to some peak periods.
