CANCELLATION POLICY & ADDITIONAL TERMS

Cancellation 14 days prior to arrival date to receive refund less handling charge. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit.
All Resort Rooms, Villas, Condos, Cabins and Retreats are Non-Smoking.
Room rates are based on 10 people. Each additional person is $15 extra per day per person.
A two night minimum may apply to some peak periods.
Children ages 2 & under stay FREE and do not need to be included in the number of registered guests.
