CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation 72 hours prior to arrival date to receive refund less handling charge. Cancellation within 72 hours of arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit.
• All Resort Rooms, Villas, Condos, Cabins and Retreats are Non-Smoking.
• Room rates are based on 4 people. Each additional person is $15 extra per day per person.
• A two night minimum may apply to some peak periods.
