CANCELLATION POLICY & TERMS
- Cancellation 72 hours prior to arrival date to receive refund, less processing fee. Cancellation within 72 hours of arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit. (Processing Fee $30)
- All resort rooms, villas, condos, cabins and retreats are non-smoking.
- Room rates are based on 4 people. Each additional person is $40 extra per day per person.
- A two-night minimum may apply to some peak periods.
