Make Thanksgiving Easy This Year…

It’s that time of year when we give thanks for our family, friends and all that we have. We’re excited to announce that we will have a variety of options to celebrate this wonderful day of “feasting” at our resort this year. All of them help you keep Thanksgiving stress-free and fun!

Buffet at Glacier Canyon Conference Center
Enjoy a hearty buffet featuring chef carved roast turkey and prime rib; cherrywood smoked ham; orange glazed salmon; and butternut squash ravioli with a browned butter sauce.

Traditional Thanksgiving accompaniments will include: wild rice pilaf; port cranberry sauce with orange zest; sage dressing; mashed Yukon gold potatoes & turkey gravy; holiday green bean casserole; candied sweet potatoes topped with toasted marshmallows; super sweet corn niblets; roasted brussel sprouts drizzled with a balsamic glaze; and a full salad bar including mixed greens, allof your favorit toppings and dressings; rotini pasta salad; a selection of Wisconsin cheeses; fresh seasonal fruit; assorted dinner rolls; spiced pumpkin bisque; and chicken and wild rice soup.

There will also be a “Kids Korner” for littles with pickier palates that will feature: mac & cheese; golden fried chicken nuggets; mini corndogs; Jello cubes; and crispy tater tots.

For dessert we will be serving up traditional apple, pumpkin and southern pecan pies; fresh baked assorted oatmeal, caramel apple, sugar, chocolate chip and turtle cookies; assorted cheesecakes; chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream icing; and carrot cake with raisins, pineapple and walnuts iced with cream cheese frosting.

Cost is $42.99 for adults and $17.99 for kids 4-12 years of age. Children 3 and under are free. A 21% prepaid gratuity will be charged at the time of purchase. Dinner will be served from 12-7 pm. Reservations are required. Please call 800.867.9453.

Family Style To-Go Meal
If your family would prefer a more private option, our conference center will also be serving up Family Style To-Go Meals that you can take back to your condo, cabin, villa or room to enjoy.

These meals will include: oven roasted turkey; cherrywood smoked ham; traditional sage dressing; port cranberry sauce with orange zest; mashed Yukon gold potatoes & turkey gravy; holiday green bean casserole; super sweet corn niblets; dinner rolls and a slice of pumpkin pie and apple pie.

Cost for the To-Go dinner option is $50 for a dinner for two. No substitutions. Pick ups will be available from 1 – 6 pm. Reservations are required. Please call 800.867.9453.

Fields at the Wilderness
Fields at the Wilderness will be serving a traditional Thanksgiving menu in addition to their regular menu. They will be open from 12-7 pm. Reservations are required please call 608.253.1400.

Survivor’s Thanksgiving Specials
Survivor’s will be keeping it casual with their burger and other specials. Their Burger of the Week will be a “Loaded Thanksgiving” which is a 1/4 lb Turkey patty topped with Havarti, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and gravy on a brioche roll. They will also be serving up a Football Sampler Basket that includes onion rings, cheddar munchers & chicken nuggets. They will be open from 11 am – 10 pm. TVs will be on in Survivor’s and tuned to football. Reservations are not needed.

Camp Social Burger Bar
Come anytime from 11 am – 10 pm to enjoy some of the best 7 oz hand-pattied local Hereford chuck hamburgers and seasoned fried chips. The bar also serves up locally crafted cocktails and specialty shakes (with or without alcohol). The Bar will also be playing all of the football games on its huge projection screen TV.
