Skip the stress of cooking and cleaning this year and treat your family to a festive feast at our Thanksgiving Day Grand Buffet on Thursday, November 26, from 12pm to 7pm in our beautiful Glacier Canyon Conference Center.
Let us handle the kitchen and the dishes while you focus on making memories with the people you love (and going back for seconds!)
Feast Worthy Entrees will include: Chef-carved roast turkey; chef-carved prime rib; orange glazed salmon; butternut squash ravioli with a browned butter sauce; and cherrywood smoked ham.
Traditional and Seasonal Sides will include: Wild rice pilaf; port cranberry sauce with orange zest; traditional sage dressing; mashed Yukon gold potatoes and turkey gravy; candied sweet potatoes topped with toasted marshmallows; holiday green bean casserole; super sweet corn niblets; roasted Brussel sprouts drizzled with a balsamic glaze; and a full salad bar including mixed greens, all of your favorite toppings and dressings, rotini pasta salad, a selection of Wisconsin cheeses, fresh seasonal fruit, assorted dinner rolls, spiced pumpkin bisque and chicken with wild rice soup.
Our special Kids Korner will include all of the kids’ favorite foods: Macaroni and cheese; golden-fried chicken nuggets; mini corndogs; Jell-O cubes; and crispy tater tots.
Be sure to save room to satisfy your sweet tooth with our impressive Decadent Dessert Display that will include: pumpkin pie; southern pecan pie; old fashioned apple pie; assorted cheesecakes (Chocolate swirl, strawberry swirl, classic New York style and Black Forest); fresh-baked oatmeal, caramel apple, sugar, chocolate chip and turtle cookies; chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream icing; and carrot cake with raisins, pineapple, walnuts and cream cheese frosting.

Meals To Go
Our resort is offering a Family Style Meal To-Go for 2 people which includes Oven-roasted turkey; cherrywood smoked ham; traditional sage dressing; port cranberry sauce with orange zest; mashed Yukon gold potatoes and turkey gravy; holiday green bean casserole; super sweet corn niblets; dinner rolls; one piece pumpkin pie and one-piece pumpkin pie. It costs $65 and can be picked up at 1pm at the Glacier Canyon Conference Center. Pre-orders are required by calling 800.867.9453 before Tuesday, November 24.
