What ADA Accessible Room feaures do you have available?

We have several ADA accessible lodging options at our resort and we constantly stay up-to-date with the latest ADA codes, regulations, and requirements designed to ensure your stay with us is an enjoyable and comfortable one.

• Bed frames in our ADA units currently measure 6¼”-6 ¾” off the floor to the bottom of the bedframe
• Mattress height ranges from 26¼”-28½” (from the floor to the top of the comforter).
• Higher toilets (floor to seat height 18 ¾”)
• Toilet support bars
• Lowered bathroom/vanity sinks as well an those units that have kitchen counters (floor to top of sink 34”).
• Bathroom doors and entry doors widths are greater than standard rooms to allow a reasonable turning radius.

Some ADA units may include these select features:

• Roll-in showers.
• Bath tub with support bars, bath tub benches.
• Portable shower seats.
• Lowered peepholes.
• Lowered coat racks.
• Light alerts on in-room phones.
• Flashing strobe (if fire alarms are activated).
• Exterior door bells outside the units that alert occupants inside the room.

Properties, such as our main Hotel, feature eight entrances with elevator access. In total we have 299 handicapped parking stalls among our Dells properties.
