Get ready for a spellbinding time – Halloween is a super fun time to head to the Wilderness Resort! We’ve conjured up a cauldron of guest-exclusive fun Halloween activities for your little ghosts and goblins to enjoy! Here’s what’s creeping your way…

Halloween Treat Package
Sink your fangs into this delightfully spooky treat package.

Trick or Treat Trail
Every Friday & Saturday all Month | October 2^nd, 3^rd, 9^th, 10^th, 16^th, 17^th, 23^rd, 24^th & 30^st  – No trick-or-treat trail on the 31^st due to overlapping with the party | 5-7 pm
Get your kids’ costumes on and stop by the WildKids Club (located just off of the main lobby by the Wilderwoods Go-Kart Trail Entrance) to get a map. Costumed kiddos can haunt nine spooky stops along the trail to collect sweet treats and eerie little toys. The perfect way to add some extra boo to your stay! (Free!)

Halloween Cookie Decorating
Saturdays | October 3^rd, 10^th, 17^th, 24^th  & 31^st
Calling all sugar-loving mini-monsters and sprinkle-crazy witches! Join us every Saturday in October to decorate your very own Halloween cookie! Every cookie will be pre-packaged with frosting and sprinkle so you can make it in our WildKids Club room or take it with you to decorate later. One cookie per child. While supplies last. (Free!)

Pumpkin Patch Wagon Rides
Every Saturday & Sunday all Month | October 3^rd, 4^th, 10^th, 11^th, 17^th, 18^th, 24^th, 25^th and 31^st 10am-12pm
Departing near Frontier Condo 219
Hop on a horse-drawn wagon ride to our magical pumpkin patch in Wilderland. Pick your perfect pumpkin and bring it to life with spooky (or silly) foam faces! One per child. While supplies last. (Free!)

Wagon Rides
Every Saturday & Sunday all Month | October 3^rd, 4^th, 10^th, 11^th, 17^th, 18^th, 24^th, 25^th and 31^st 12:30-4pm
Normal wagon rides resume under the large skywalk by Glacier Canyon Lodge Entrance 1. Enjoy autumn’s colors on the Wilderness trails.

• Witches Brew | $1 (Vanilla ice cream, orange drink, and sprinkles!)
• Halloween-Themed Lip Balm | $5 – Create your own lip balm with fall fragrances and glitter for a Halloween-themed look!
• Halloween-Themed Slime | $5 – Create your own slime with a fall or Halloween theme!
• Halloween Coloring Contest | Free – Color your favorite Halloween picture and submit it to one of our Wild Kids team members! Top 3 winners will receive a complimentary glitter tattoo.

• Halloween Paper Maze
• Halloween Spot the Difference
• Daily Guess the Candy Corns – The player who correctly guesses the number of candy corns in the jar each day picks a prize from our prize bucket.
• Halloween themed ducks for the Kenducky Derby Races
• Ghost Scavenger Hunt – Find all 10 small ghosts and win a prize from the prize jar.
  (All activities occur in the WildKids Club Room located just off of the main lobby by the Wilderwoods Go-Kart Trail Entrance.)

2026 Halloween Party & Costume Contest
Saturday, October 31 | 5-7pm (Free!)

Get your groove (and your scare) on! Join Monty and Molly the Moose and our WildKids Team for a spooktacular dance party in Camp Social on Saturday, November 1 from 5–7 pm. Expect monster-sized fun with lively tunes, creepy crafts, and fun table games to keep you dancing like the undead.

Guests can register from 5pm to 6pm in Camp Social for the Costume Contest. A costume parade will begin at 6pm around Camp Social and winners will be announced at 6:30pm.
