Housekeeping Stayover Service Details


RESORT LODGING/HOUSEKEEPING COVID-19 PREVENTION DETAILS

  • Prior to a guest’s check-in, all guest rooms (and other lodging options) are being disinfected utilizing hospital-grade cleaning products with special attention paid to high touch points.
  • As an additional precaution, BIOPROTECT (which uses patented, EPA registered technology to kill and inhibit the growth of problematic bacteria, fungi, algae, protozoans, viruses and other microorganisms that can exist on many surfaces) is also being applied with an electrostatic sprayer. It has a 90-day residual effect from time of application and is being reapplied as necessary.
  • During a guest’s stay the resort WILL NOT BE ALLOWING our housekeepers into your room to provide stayover service or to provide additional amenities unless asked. We believe your guest room is your sanctuary and this a best practice to provide peace of mind for all of our guests.
  • Our laundry facility is utilizing ozone cleaning technology along with UV light disinfection for all sheets, blankets and towels.
  • Our housekeeping and laundry team members are required to wear gloves and masks at all times. Room cleaning staff are changing their gloves between each room.

WILDERNESS HOTEL:

Daily housekeeping service is provided in the form of trash collection, towel replacement, refresh of beds, reclean of counter tops & bathrooms, dusting, vaccuum and restock of in-room amenities.

GLACIER CANYON LODGE:

Double Queen Units:

Daily housekeeping service is provided in the form of trash collection, towel replacement, refresh of beds, reclean of counter tops & bathrooms, dusting, vaccuum and restock of in-room amenities.

Condominium Units:

Limited daily housekeeping service in the form of trash collection and towel replacement is provided for two and three bedroom guest units.
Full service is provided after every fourth consecutive night. Additional services are available upon request and carry an additional fee.

WILDERNESS ON THE LAKE:

Limited daily housekeeping service in the form of trash collection and towel replacement is provided. Full service is provided after every fourth consecutive night.
Additional services are available upon request and carry an additional fee.

FRONTIER CONDOMINIUMS, GOLF CABINS & RETREATS:

Limited daily housekeeping service in the form of trash collection and towel replacement is provided. Full service is provided after every fourth consecutive night.
Additional services are available upon request and carry an additional fee.

VACATION  VILLAS:

Limited daily housekeeping service in the form of trash collection and towel replacement is provided. Full service is provided after every fourth consecutive night.
Additional services are available upon request and carry an additional fee.
