‘MY RESERVATION’ FEATURE ADDED TO THE WEBSITE
At the Wilderness we are always trying to come up with ways to help our guests with a better and more convenient reservation experience.
Introducing My Reservation – a helpful and easy way to access your reservation, verify details of your upcoming visit, and best of all, add fun and exciting services to your stay.
At the very top of our website you may have already noticed this addition but didn’t know what it was for. If you already have a reservation with us, all you need to do is click the My Reservation button then enter your reservation number and last name the room is under.
When you do this, you will see a detailed summary of your stay, and be able to add more fun to your visit just by clicking on Enhance Your Stay.
With Enhance Your Stay, you can save money by pre-purchasing discounted Fun Passes, Unlimited Fun Passes and even Take Flight tickets, but that’s not all. Once you access Enhance Your Stay, you can even add In-Room Packages! Are you coming to the Wilderness to celebrate a birthday? Find fun-filled In-Room Package options like our Birthday Door Decorations, Poolside Party Package, Sweet Tooth Package, Cake Pops and even a cute and super soft Moose Plush! This is a perfect, and convenient, way to order your In-Room packages and make any stay at the Wilderness even more memorable.
But that’s not all. Are you looking to get into your room early or how about checkout later?
With Enhance Your Stay, you’ll also find other great add-ons like Early Check-In and Extended Checkout. When you purchase Early Check-In we guarantee your room to be ready at 2 pm (instead of our normal 4 pm check-in time) and if you purchase Extended Checkout, you’ll have access to your unit until 1 pm (instead of our normal checkout time of 11 am). Quantities for Early Check-In and Extended Checkout are extremely limited so we don’t recommend waiting too long to add these great services.

- 48 hours notice required all In-Room packages. Items can be added to your reservation anytime outside this window.
- Only a limited number of Early Check-Ins are sold for each arrival date on a first-come first-serve basis. 48 hours notice is also required for Early Check-In.
- Due to the uniqueness and inflexibility of some unit styles, some units may not qualify for Early Check-In.
- Only a limited number of Extended Checkouts are sold for each departure date on a first-come first-serve basis.
- Early Check-In and Extended Checkout are each sold separately. If Early Check-In or Extended Checkout do not appear within Enhance Your Stay,the service is either sold out or you are within the restricted window to purchase.
