Pre-Party Chow Down at Camp Social
Before the BIG party, bring the entire family to our Camp Social Food Hall from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. for an All-You-Can-Eat ‘Chow Down’ on family favorites.
Hot items will include: Chef Carved Marinated Pork Loin with Dijon Cider Glaze; Grilled Atlantic Salmon with Lemon Dill Buerre Blanc; Carne Asada Tacos with Pico de Gallo and Lime Crema; Vegetable Spring Rolls with Sweet Chili Sauce; Sweet and Spicy BBQ Meatballs; Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Skewers; Rosemary & Parmesan Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes; Oven Roasted Asparagus; Tomato Bisque with Grilled Cheese Croutons and Warm Dinner Rolls with Honey Butter.
Cold Items will include: Chopped Romaine Caesar Salad with Croutons; Goat Cheese Bruschetta; Seared Ahi Tuna with Napa Cabbage Slaw; Shrimp and Crab Pasta Salad; and a Local Cheese and Sausage Display.
For the Little Campers: Pizza with Assorted Toppings; Chicken Strips; and Cheese Ravioli.
Someone say dessert? Dessert Lovers won’t want to miss: Assorted Dessert Bars and Cookies; Chocolate Dipped Strawberries; Dark Chocolate Mousse; and New York Style Cheesecake with Cherry Berry Compote.

New Year’s Eve Party
Ready to celebrate? Our guest-exclusive New Year’s Eve Extravaganza will be from 9:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. and will offer some serious fun with DJ music, dancing, party favors and a balloon drop at midnight! During the night we’ll also having drawings for several $500 gift cards and after midnight we’ll be awarding one lucky guest a $1,000 gift card to use on a return stay! The winner must be present to win and only Wilderness guests are eligible. Remember to bring your ID if you want to purchase alcoholic drinks, no carry-ins will be allowed at the party.
