Where is the restaurant/buffet?
The Wild Canyon Café is located in The New Frontier Region near the Front Desk. The buffet is available for breakfast and dinner during the summer and during peak periods. Call extension 4653 or check the lobby marquee for hours of operation.
How do you check voice mail?
Dial #1 and follow the voice prompts.
Where do I park?
Parking passes will be issued at check-in. Guests are asked to park in the parking lot of the resort/lodge they are staying at, to ensure parking is available for everyone. Shuttle buses can transport guests to the other resorts in Wilderness Territory.
Where can I get groceries?
O.P.'s Marketplace, adjacent to the Wild West Lobby, Trapper's Outpost, adjacent to the Wilderness on the Lake Lobby and The Bean Bodega, located on Level 4 of Glacier Canyon Lodge all offer basic groceries and sundries.
Do we need new wristbands everyday?
No. Each guest needs only one wristband for their entire stay. Wristbands can be picked up at the Front Desk.
Do we bring towels to the waterparks?
No. Pool towels are available at all waterparks. Please do not remove guest towels from the rooms.
How do I get a shuttle bus?
Dial "0" from your room or any house or emergency phone. Shuttles can be taken to or from anywhere in Wilderness Territory. During peak periods there may be a 15-20 minute wait for shuttle buses.
Where are the locker rooms?
Locker rooms are located in the Wild West, Klondike Kavern and Wild WaterDome Indoor Waterparks. Each locker room is equipped with bathrooms, showers and most offer coin operated lockers.
How and when do I check out of the hotel room?
There is no need to go to the front desk to check out, unless you have a balance due. Simply leave all hotel keys in the room. Guests can continue to use the waterparks all day on their departure day. However, guests must vacate their rooms by 11 a.m. Late check-outs may incur fees (up to one night's charge).
Where are the ice machines?
Ice and vending machines are located at most floor foyers. Look for signs on each level to find the exact locations at your resort. Please use the ice buckets provided in your room.
What should I do in case of emergency?
In case of emergency dial 9-1-1 or dial "0" for the front desk.
Do you offer discount tickets to other attractions in the Dells?
Yes. Inquire at any of the front desks for more information on our partner attractions. Some attractions offer free tickets for Kids!
Where is the conference center located?
The conference center is attached to Glacier Canyon Lodge off Hillman Rd.
Where can I watch the game?
Survivor's Bar and Grille in the Wild WaterDome and The Thirsty Buffalo Saloon in the Wild West Waterpark both have numerous TVs available to view sports games.
Where can I find a sitter if I would like to go out for some adult time?
The Pop-In-Nanny can watch your children while you enjoy some time to yourselves or if you would like to enjoy a romantic dinner at Field's or Sarento's. For rates, details and reservations, please call 1-888-384-9007.
What if I need to send a fax or make copies of documents?
For a nominal fee, guests can word process documents, make copies and send or receive faxes. Just stop at any of the front desks or Dial "0" for details. A computer for use by guests is available in the New Frontier Lobby.
Are pets allowed at any of the Wilderness Territory properties?
Sorry, but pets are not allowed in the resort or any of the resort's ancillary units. However, Dells Animal Hospital would be happy to pamper your pets during your stay. For reservations, please call (608) 253-7361.
